All the videos and training session are available through our private Facebook Group. These will be streamed directly into the group where we can answer your questions.

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at any time in the group and one of our team will get back to you. We’ll also host a zoom Q&A where you can talk directly with our mentors.

Not at all - we’ll be starting with the basics to make sure everyone is fully up to speed by the end of the course.

Your success is based on the effort you put into putting your learning in place. We have many students who have been massively successful after following our system, but they put in their own action and effort. We can’t do that for you!

The most important part of the club for people starting out if joining a community of people who are really active and supportive. We also host a lot of face-to-face meetings and networking events throughout the UK so you’ll get to meet like-minded people and create friendships.

No - it’s up to you to put the work in, and sometimes it takes a little longer to put all the training in place. We have members who have bought properties really quickly after completing training (and sometimes during!), but we can’t guarantee what your results will be.

Yes - we’ll send you a certificate along with our goodie box at the end of the 8 modules.

You only need access to a computer and have a Facebook account.

You need at least 2 hours per week - to watch the videos and then do some homework. If you can put by a few more hours per week, then you’ll really be able to see progress. You’ll also be expected to start making progress by being out viewing properties by the end of the course.

No - that’s your job! We’ll tell you what you need to know to find, analyse and purchase the properties, but it’s up to you to find your own deals.
