Join us for the Net Gain Club - Sheffield Open Networking Event on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 11:30 AM with our guest speaker, Leanne Davidson.

Leanne is a passionate property investor and developer from Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Starting in her early 20s, Leanne climbed the property ladder by renovating her own homes and selling them for a profit. One of her most remarkable projects were transforming an old, disused Water Treatment Works into her home—an incredible journey featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs (Series 3)!

In 2022, she took a huge step to pursue property renovation full-time, building a wealth of knowledge and a strong network along the way. Leanne will be sharing her insights on what it truly means to become investable—how to leverage knowledge and experience to build trust, especially when working with other people’s money.

We welcome anyone interested in property to our meet-up. It’s an informal gathering in a private venue at the Alder Bar in Sheffield. Agents, trades and anyone involved in property investing and the related services are also encouraged to come along.

This event is held in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you can genuinely connect with others in the property industry. There are no expectations about knowledge or how many deals you've done (or not done!). The goal is to build connections, share value, and foster friendships. If any business opportunities arise, that’s just a bonus!

We host on a Sunday morning as a lot of our group invest in the area but live elsewhere so miss the usual evening networking events. So, this is an opportunity to meet others who are investing in the area and make the most of their weekend trips.

The Venue

Alder is a newly refurbished bar in the popular Kelham area of Sheffield. It’s approximately 15 mins from the M1 or 25 mins walk from the train station.
