I am a working mum of 2 grown up boys. Myself, my husband and our eldest son Joe set up Hearn Holdings Limited in January 2022 after completing a 6 month property training program. We currently invest in Bristol and have 2 mixed use commercial buildings with HMO above and a block of 3 flats in Milton Keynes. We live near Southampton and love networking and the value that it brings to our property business. The Basingstoke (Amazingstoke) networking came about because myself and another investor, Harpreet Sehra, in the area wanted to meet for a coffee and chat and share experiences, and it has literally grown from that, to what can be 20+ property investors and property business meeting over coffee. We get so much value from meeting with like minded people and most of our growth has happened during these meetings. When Emily and Mark approached us to open the networking to the Net Gain Club Members, we welcome the chance to grow the event even more.

Harpreet Najran

As a full time property investor and developer, I currently work alongside my husband, Hus, in expanding our existing portfolio. We have a number of HMOs and BTLs that we self-manage. Our future plans include mixed use buildings and multi unit blocks, as well as more HMOs and BTLs. Formerly a primary school teacher and a care home owner, I'm always looking to learn new skills and I'm not scared to try something new. Best part of my job...talking and getting to know the people who live in my properties!

I love hearing their story and helping to ensure they have a fab place to unwind in at the end of the day, and I've somehow ended up helping them in other ways too, such as looking at their CVs and helping with job hunting. I started the 'Amazingstoke' network with my friend and fellow investor, Jackie Hearn, after discovering that we both loved the talking and sharing part of property investing. Our network continues to grow and attracts many friendly individuals from all facets of the industry, from brokers to architects and inventory creators to stagers.
