I am a former Royal Navy engineer with 11 years of service, now a dedicated property investor. Following my time in the Navy, I relocated to Bristol to work as a technical engineering project manager, where I spent 4 years in the construction industry. During this period, I developed a wide range of skills that I now apply to my property business.

Together with my partner, Francesca, we run a bespoke HMO property management company serving the Bristol and Bath areas. After several years of successful property management, we have expanded our focus to include refurbishment and development projects. My passion for property stems from my love for solving complex problems with simple solutions.

Joe Hearn

I’m 22 years old and a director in a property investment company, Hearn Holdings Limited. I started my property investment company in 2022 when I was 20 after an intense 6 months training program. The company currently owns 2 commercial properties, a 4 bed HMO in construction, a 6 bed HMO in construction, and 2 sets of blocks of flats in the purchase process. I’m involved in all aspects of the business, sourcing the properties, managing the build process, and managing the tenants. I have recently set up a letting agency where we specialise in finding and managing tenants for HMO landlords in Bristol. Networking is the key to growth and I always get so much value from meeting with like minded people.
