Emily Smith

Originally from Shetland in Scotland, I live in Sheffield and invest in the surrounding with my husband Ryan. I’ve built my substantial portfolio with a mixture of BTLs, Serviced Accommodation and flip projects, often sourced direct to vendor and using creative finance and deal strategies such as assisted sales, lease options and vendor financing.

I’ve been able to scale at speed due to the access I’ve created to private finance. Having raised over £2.5m of private finance, I’m on track to hit my £5m goal to facilitate future purchases.

As well as coaching others who want to make the same success in property, I am one of the co-founders of the Net Gain Club which was started in April 2023.

Barry Johnston

Forced out of his landscaping job due to injury, Barry began investing in property in 2022 with three flips and currently has two btl's. A husband, and father of two teens and a dog in the north of Sheffield, Barry is always on hand to have a chat and a natter over coffee and never says no to a hobnob.
